Key Anti-theft door station, Phillips screwdriver

Tutorial steps:

Step 1: Remove the aluminum front panel

  • Unscrew the anti-theft screw on the underside of the intercom panel using the anti-theft key.
  • Remove the aluminum front panel

Step 2: Remove the black front panel

  • Turn over the aluminum front panel to gain access to the interior
  • Unscrew the 4 screws securing the black front panel using a screwdriver
  • Be careful not to lose the screws
  • Turn over the aluminum front panel to gain access to its exterior
  • Remove the black front panel from the intercom panel

Step 3: Lens replacement

  • Remove the old lens
  • Reposition the lens gasket in its slot
  • Reposition the new lens

Step 4: Refitting the black front panel

  • Ensure that the horizontal joint is correctly positioned in its housing
  • Ensure that the call button backlight diffuser is correctly positioned in its housing
  • Reposition the black front panel of the intercom panel

Step 5: Refitting the front panel.

  • Turn over the aluminum front panel to gain access to the interior, while maintaining the black front panel.
  • Screw back the 4 screws on the black front panel
  • Make sure there is no gap between the black front panel and the aluminum front panel
  • Replace the front panel on the intercom panel
  • Tighten the anti-theft screw
  • The replacement is complete
