Manual thermostat operation – 127047

If you'd like to use the thermostat in Manual mode, here's a tutorial.

This tutorial is applicable for:

Difficulté : Easy
Temps nécessaire : 5 minutes
Nombre d’étapes : 2
Mise à jour : October 2025

Tutorial steps:

Step 1: Checking the association.

  • Make sure that the sensor and the boiler module are connected together.

Step 2: Activate manual mode

  • Press M repeatedly until manual mode appears on the screen.
  • The manual mode will operate like a conventional thermostat.
  • The thermostat temperature can be adjusted via its setpoint (SET).
  • To increase the setpoint temperature, turn the control knob clockwise.
  • To reduce the setpoint temperature, turn the knob anti-clockwise.
  • If the temperature sensor displays SET, this means that the setpoint temperature has been reached. (In our example, the set temperature is 17°C).
  • If the temperature sensor displays , this means it’s the current room temperature. (In our example, the room temperature is 21°C).

Caution: if you handle the thermostat by hand, the room temperature may be higher and the values incorrect.

  • If the setpoint temperature is lower than the room temperature, the control module will not activate and your heater will not start up.
  • If the setpoint temperature is higher than the room temperature, the control module will activate and start up your heater.
  • A symbol will appear on the temperature sensor.

Appendix

  • You can calibrate the temperature sensor temperature and hysteresis. Please refer to the advanced rule tutorial.
