Adding a Welcome Eye Connect 3 monitor

Here's how to add a secondary monitor to your system

Tutorial steps:

Step 1: Connection

Make sure that the intercom panel is connected to the BUS A and BUS B terminals on the 1st monitor support.
Make sure the second monitor is connected to the ADD A and ADD B terminals on the main monitor support.
Monitors are configured as main monitors by default.

Position the monitors on their brackets

Step 2: Secondary monitor configuration

Connect the mains adapter or switch on the associated circuit breaker for both monitors.
Wait for the monitors to start up correctly.

On the secondary monitor,

Go to “Settings

Press “Add device”.

Press Monitor

Select “Additional 1” in “Family 1”.
Then click on arrow back.
The monitor will restart.

On the main monitor,

Make sure the main monitor is set to “Main”.

Step 3: Electrical restart

Once the secondary monitor has been restarted, it is necessary to perform an electrical reboot of all the monitors.
Remove power from all monitors and wait 10 seconds.

Reconnect the power supply to all monitors.
Wait for them to start.

The second monitor is now correctly configured
