With this Extel electric lock, you can open your gate, wicket door or entrance door from your videophone. Interior push-button for keyless opening or power failure. The lock offers right/left opening and can be used indoors or outdoors. It’s also a lock that’s easy to install (a template is provided). Mechanical memory lock with low power consumption. If required, you can operate the lock with one of the five keys supplied.

The lock can be controlled from a videophone
The Extel electric lock is compatible with many videophones on the market. From the comfort of your home, you talk to your visitor who has rung the bell, and if he’s on foot, you open your electrically-locked gate so that he can enter your home without you needing to open it with a key.
Surface-mounted installation (exposed installation)
Install your electric lock on the wall so that you can use it comfortably with the key, and so that the fixed part hanging on the wall can reach the lock and the gate closes completely.
The lock is reversible right/left
Designed to adapt to a wide range of home configurations, the electric lock can be turned both left and right. If you change the wicket lock, you can quickly and easily adjust it to the corresponding side.
Mechanical memory lock
Extel has designed a mechanical memory lock. When testing the lock before final installation, simulate the presence of the striker by pressing the memory bolt to activate the memory. Also check that the two parts of the lock are not too far apart for effective locking. This mode is useful if you use RFID badge opening.
