Follow the steps in this tutorial to remove the radio memory from the card.
Press the “-” button on the control board for 3 seconds (L1 lights up on the board).
Press “+” twice (L3 lights up).
Press “SET” once
The next step will delete all the remote controls stored in the card. Remote controls located outside the property will no longer be able to operate the motorization. They will have to be reprogrammed.
Hold down the “SET” button until you see the red LEDs animate on the map.
